LB CONSOLIDATES ITS PRESENCE IN THE INDIAN SUBCONTINENT WITH THE OPENING OF THE BRANCH IN GUJARAT

LB, within a strong internalization process begun some years ago, has chosen the region of Gujarat for the opening of its first Indian branch. “Indian is one of the world leading markets” this is what they say from the headquarters of Fiorano Modenese.
The announcement was made during the exhibition Indian Ceramics 2016, underlining how the growth of LB was made possible thanks to the investments in the technological research and to the attention towards the human resources that, in this specific case, turns into a reinforcement of the team already operating on the territory since various years.
The current staff of LB in India is joined by new technical and sales resources, directly trained by the company of Fiorano Modenese.
The legal domicile is in Mumbai, while the operational headquarters are in Gujarat, where 80% of the production of the country concentrates: due to this, this region attracts the manufacturers of advanced technologies for the production process, such as LB.
“The goal is to serve in an even more direct and rapid way our clients and partners in terms of commercial offer, but also as concerns the after-sale service” says Emilio Benedetti, C.E.O. of LB. “Our export sales are around 75% of our turnover – says Benedetti – and India, China and Brazil represent altogether 25% of the LB turnover”.
