ENERGY RECOVERY: THE BARCOM SOLUTION
Energy is at the heart of industrial processes: it can be recovered, measured and transformed into real efficiency.
Energy recovery begins with a deep study of the plant: technical analysis, assessment of recoverable heat quantities and the ratio between investment and actual benefit. From this phase, targeted solutions emerge, capable of harnessing the heat already present in production cycles.
Barcom, a company of the LB Technology Group, designs and manufactures integrated systems to capture the thermal energy contained in hot air and process fumes, reintroducing it into the production cycle. In the ceramics sector, this means recovering heat from kilns and using it to power energy-intensive machinery such as atomisers and dryers, with average temperatures of around 160–180 degrees.
A technology that reduces fuel consumption, minimises waste and can generate annual energy savings of up to 30%. An advanced way to add new value to available energy.
