LB AT “CERAMICA DI VALORE 2025”
Participation in the ‘Ceramica di Valore’ event confirmed LB Technology’s role in the evolution of more competitive and efficient ceramic processes. With the presentation ‘LB Hybrid – Dry preparation of ceramic mixtures’, given by Lorenzo Battaglioli and Mirco Corbelli, we illustrated the potential of a ‘made in LB’ technology that combines the advantages of dry processing with the quality of traditional methods.
Industrial tests show high-quality mixtures, granulate flowability in line with spray-dried material and thermal energy savings of 65–70%, together with a significant reduction in water consumption and CO₂ emissions into the atmosphere.
The maturity of the system is confirmed by two large-scale projects already industrialised in China and Spain, for which LB Hybrid was chosen in order to responsibly improve efficiency, sustainability and production quality.
