LB was founded in Fiorano in 1973, in the heart of the Sassuolo ceramic district.

LB has always been a reference point in the design and construction of plants for the treatment of powders in the ceramic sector and other sectors. It is the head of a group that also includes the company Barcom and the historical brand Sitec. It operates on a full-service basis and builds plants for the treatment of raw materials all over the world and in many different sectors: the ceramics industry, pre-mixed products for the building industry, fertilisers, granulation, mining sector, pet food and plastic and glass waste recycling sector.

Today LB places its technological expertise built up over almost 50 years of activity at the service of its clients, studying with each of them the most efficient solutions to obtain the best end result, designing and producing innovative mixing, milling, granulation, colouring and recycling systems for the transformation of raw materials through efficient and sustainable processes.
