LB IN THE FUTURE, NEW CORPORATE STRUCTURE UNDER MANAGEMENT AND STRATEGIC CONTINUITY
The LB group strengthens the corporate structure and looks to the future. From April 2nd 2019 the new partners are: Bac Due S.r.l. (Club Astraco), Fimec 1 (Ligabue family) and Emilio Benedetti. The operation was finalized in the spirit of a management and strategic continuity. Edoardo Ligabue will continue to carry out the role of Project managers’ director and Member of the Board, while Emilio Benedetti, who invested personally in the corporate capital, will be Chief Executive Officer of the group. The “Astraco” Club Deal, group of traders investing in companies with high potential, has been identified as an ideal partner, because it is very attentive to the development of human resources, with great capacity of analysis, synthesis and management. It will act as an accelerator to continue the ongoing projects and achieve new goals and successes.
