LB TAKES OVER THE COMPANY BARCOM
We are glad to announce that LB has bought the majority of the shares of Barcom srl, a company specialized in environmental technologies for air depuration, smokes, water treatment and powders filtration. For the LB group, the take-over of Barcom boosts a process of widening of its range of products and services: this strengthens LB’s strategic positioning in the segments of circular economy and sustainability as an integrated partner in the powder treatment for the ceramic and other business sectors.
“The entry of an awarded operator as Barcom into the LB group makes us proud and represents an important step in the strategy of reinforcement of the technological offer that we are performing” says Corrado Fanti, C.E.O. of the LB group.
Barcom, established in 1986, is located in Castellarano, Reggio Emilia. Its 2021 turnover was approximately 7 million Euro with 20 employees. The founding partner Enrico Baroni, who will remain C.E.O. of Barcom and will keep some capital shares, comments: “I am convinced that the entry of Barcom into the LB group will unleash a great potential: our technical and design capabilities within the LB sales staff will bring interesting results in terms of technological cross-selling”.
