LB’S SOCIAL COMMITMENT: SCHOOLS AND TRAINING INSTITUTIONS
The LB Group has always considered the business social role as fundamental and it is particularly sensitive to the issue of training young people and adults who in the future will be able and/or willing to share and continue to pursue the company’s vision. The University of Parma, the higher technical institute of Bologna, the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and I.T.S. MAKER (Modena premises)are some of the entities with which LB has collaborated this year with a view to gradually introducing students, currently unemployed workers and recent graduates into the company’s reality, which is deeply rooted in the territory. The aim is to invest in training by giving young people and adults the opportunity to undertake internships and apprenticeships in order to foster their professional development and technical growth.
These very people were asked questions in order to better understand their experience and what skills they had acquired and what they would like to improve on. This was captured in a short video, testifying to the group’s commitment to the enhancement of skills and the creation of new talent within the local community in which LB operates.
