SERMAT TECHNOLOGY FOR THE NEW PLANT OF RIOLA, SASSUOLO
RIOLA, company from Sassuolo specialized in recycling and re-using production materials, has asked to SERMAT (company of the LB group) to develop a plant for drying the sludge to be re-used in the ceramic production process. RIOLA was in need of implementing a drying plant for the sludge coming from the deposit of the ceramic dirty water and from the press filters of the wet squaring machines. The drying process allows the material to return to the state of powder and to be used in the production of tiles. With this supply, the LB group re-affirms itself as a leader in designing and manufacturing technologies with a low environmental impact and a high energy and raw materials saving, helping its clients to develop sustainable production processes.
