Extraction, conveying and storage

The VS star valve is employed for the extraction and volumetric batching of particularly fluid materials, both in powder or in granular form. Also available in the ATEX and FDA compliant versions.

The DLM manual linear distributor is used in pneumatic transports and in battery silos loading. It allows loading multiple silos using only one infeed line.

The automatic linear distributor “DLA” is used in pneumatic transport and in the loading of battery silos. It allows the loading of multiple silos using a single input line. Its operation is based on a lower load connection which, by means of a motorized trolley, moves in correspondence with the chosen outlet valve. The seal between the pipelines is guaranteed by a pneumatic seal. The “DLA” distributor is easy to install and ensures the passage of material without creating discontinuity and reducing load losses to a minimum. It is produced in sizes from 2 “(DN50) up to 5” (DN125), from a minimum of 2 inlets up to a maximum of 12.

Pneumatic transporter “PP” is a machine designed and built for the pneumatic transport of powders, and is mainly composed of:

• Main propulsion body, in hermetically sealed electro-welded steel, tested and tried, complete with supports on the ground for its perfect positioning;
• Hermetically sealed top loading powder unit;
• Pneumatic management unit, composed of valves and pressure switches;
• Flexible connection pipes.

Designed for automatically emptying big-bags, the EBS station has a clover-leaf shaped bottom section with pneumatic pistons for facilitating bag emptying.

The EBL wolf-mouth valve is used at the outlet of storage silos for the extraction of spray dried products.

The FV vibrating cone is generally installed at the outlet of storage silos to improve extraction of difficult materials both in powder and granular form. The possibility to adjust intensity of vibration makes its use recommended for various industrial sectors.

The CVE vibrating extractor channel is a device for extracting powder or granular materials, to be applied to the outlets of silos or hoppers. It is recommended in particular for products that are difficult to extract or with a variable grain size.

Fluidised channel conveyors are used for conveying fine and dusty materials with an extremely low moisture content; material is conveyed by means of low pressure air. This simple system has particularly low energy consumption and is very easy to use and maintain.

The channel screw conveyor, in the V-shaped and U-shaped versions, is used for extracting and conveying both powder and granular materials. It is can be used both horizontal and tilted.

The CT tubular screw conveyor is used for extracting, conveying and batching solid materials, both in powder and granular form. It is can be used both horizontal and tilted.

The ET bucket elevator is used for vertical transport of powder and granular materials.
