Scraps recovery

SERMAT technology research has developed a crushing line to facilitate the recovery of production waste; MHP series hammer mills are suitable for grinding materials of even very high hardness and toughness, such as aggregates and production waste from various industries.
The hammers and armours are made of special alloys and appropriate heat treatment and/or surface coating with extremely wear-resistant materials.
A grid for the particle size selection of the material can be placed between the grinding chamber and the unloading mouth.
Within the ceramic industry, this technology is applicable to both raw and fired waste (chamotte).
