QUANTUM BATCHING UNIT

QUANTUM batching units are designed for precision-batching powder materials, granules and synthetic fibre. They are available in the gravimetric version (with electronic scale and load cell) and in the volumetric version. They guarantee accuracy and reliability both for continuous and discontinuous batching. They are used in the chemical and ceramic industries for treating oxide, pigments and synthetic fibre, thanks to their striking versatility, which makes them suitable for handling materials of different grain sizes, flowing properties and density.

UNIRANGE CONTINUOUS BATCHING BELT

The UNIRANGE batching belt is used for batching raw materials and products with different grain sizes. It is equipped with a high accuracy load cell for flow rate control. UNIRANGE can be combined with both continuous and discontinuous batch control systems.

Batching and press feeding plant: the atomised product is stored in appropriate silos, where the extraction and batching system prepares the mix to be sent to the presses. The line mentioned above is fitted with all required devices to control and process ceramic body to form porcelain stoneware tiles, with the benefits deriving from multiple production combinations; all is aimed to improve production flexibility.

ANATOLIA (TURKEY)

Raw material storage plant, including weighing and batching. Completely automated plant, unique in its category, controlled by software with control of processes, accesses and number and quantity of materials. The plant is fully compliant with the principles of “smart industry”:

The raw materials that will be processed with LB technologies will be used for the production of large size porcelain tiles.
