LB SUPPLIES TO UNDEFASA (SPAIN) A NEW DRY COLORING SYSTEM “EASY COLOR BOOST EVO” AND A FLAKES BATCHING SYSTEM
LB has installed its latest dry coloring system, EASY COLOR BOOST EVO, at the Spanish ceramic company UNDEFASA, a historic manufacturer based in Alcora.
For the customer, who aims to increase the qualitative and aesthetic value of their product, this is the first dry coloring technology: they have chosen LB as the most reliable supplier for this type of technology. The advantages of ECB EVO are its robustness and the fact that with a single colouring unit it is possible to feed more than one press, even at the same time. This technology has high performance in terms of productivity, as well as versatility, containment of energy and maintenance costs. The system has been operational since last month and the customer confirmed that they are very satisfied with the final product.
This supply is a further confirmation that the ECB EVO technology has been welcomed by the Spanish market as top of the range in its field of use.
In addition, the customer has acquired, through the Spanish subsidiary LB MASCERCA ESPAÑA, a flake batching system that allows you to apply the desired percentage of flakes on the ceramic mixture with the aim of producing tiles with high added value.
