LB SUPPLIES TWO FERTILIZER GRANULATION LINES TO THE TURKISH COMPANY PALMIRA
At the end of 2022, LB signed a contract with the Turkish company Palmira-Agro for the supply of two plants for the production of mono-ammonium phosphate (MAP) and di-ammonium phosphate (DAP) based micro granule fertilizers. The production capacity will be over 8.000 tons per year per plant.
The customer needs to produce fertilizers with high nutritional value to be sold on the domestic market for selective use in agriculture.
From a plant point of view, the implementation of the most advanced solutions will produce a granule that respects the highest quality standards recognized by the European Community: a highly performing and efficient granule will be obtained and put on the growth nutrition market.
LB considers this supply very important for the both Export and Turkish market as Turkey is a country with a high demand for products for agricultural use of the highest quality: the plant and the products will have European standards comparable to the ones in Europe, a high internal consumption and is therefore very important for further developments.
The manufacturing line will come with the Newest LB Patented Technology, with the implementation to the Micro Granule Fertilizer manufacturing. The positive outcome, compared with standard manufacturing lines will expected to be;
– 65 % less in Energy Consumption
– 65 % in CO2 release to the Atmosphere
– 70 % in Water Consumption
The Micro Granule Fertilizer Plant design is developed with the highest and the latest European and World technologies and standards in the view of the Environmental Impact and Consumption Economy for a sustainable future.
