LB TECHNOLOGY FOR FUTURE CERAMICS (SAUDI ARABIA)
LB has signed a contract with the important Saudi company Future Ceramics for the installation of a new Easy Color Boost colouring unit.
This technology will be inserted into an existing plant for the production of red body in the process of being transformed for the production of porcelain stoneware.
The customer needed a supplier who could guarantee the reliability of the proposed technical solution.
LB responded with the best material treatment technology, which does not cause any mechanical stress of the powders.
The advantages of the solution implemented are the following: extremely compact layout that can be easily integrated into the existing structure, continuity in the supply of spare parts and trust in the relationship with a historic manufacturer for the back-of-press and powder transport/colouring technology.
This is the second supply of the dry colouring system Easy Color Boost in Saudi Arabia in a few months, a sign of the market’s attention towards LB solutions and the credibility of the technical proposal.
The plant will start operating in 2023 and will produce technical porcelain stoneware in medium and medium-large formats.
